Sandpiper Supply, locally owned and operated plumbing supply company and kitchen and bath showroom, has announced the Sandpiper Supply Scholarship and Essay Competition.
The company, in business for 40 years, celebrates its Savannah home by asking students to write an essay on “what an amazing place they have here in Savannah.”
“What Makes Savannah Home” essay winners will receive scholarships. Three scholarships will be awarded: First place, $1,000; second place, $500; third place, $250. The contest is open to all students who are currently a senior in good standing at any high school in the Chatham, Bryan or Effingham counties during the 2017-2018 academic year.
